Opps! Sunday night feeling has turned into Monday morning as my computer has a virus. Yuck. That means I can’t blog from home at the moment until it’s fixed so sorry if you’re a regular reader and were waiting for a Sunday night feeling post.

In order to find motivation, I decided that on a Sunday night it’s good to create an ‘I’ve done’ list rather than a ‘to do’. I don’t know about you, but I find that I spend a lot of time writing lists of things I need to accomplish but rarely spend time reflecting on what I have achieved. It’s nice to do that as it’s often very encouraging. Give it a go. The items don’t have to be large, mine included things such as tidying the house and preparing lunch for work the next day!
