Hello there, how are you? I hope that your weekend has been a good one. We’ve been enjoying the sunshine and have been trying to get outside as much as possible to make the most of it.
As regular readers will be aware, Toby and I are currently in the process of moving house and I’m also writing my final paper for my MA. Therefore, my blog news is that I’ve decided to take a blogging break for a few months. As I wrote in a recent post on achieving goals, if you want to achieve something, you need to make it a priority. For me, my priority needs to be my study and family life as we move to a new location this summer. It’s not a decision that was easy to make as I love blogging at Celebrate Creation. However I know that this break will also give me an opportunity to read other blogs more and decide upon the direction that I want this blog to go in over the next few years. I’ve been blogging about interior design, crafting, homemaking and more recently, adult learning for the past 5 years. Whilst I’ve enjoyed every moment, I feel that it’s time to define this blog more precisely and make it more specific. I’m also planning an update to the appearance of Celebrate Creation so although I won’t be here for a few weeks, there will be a lot going on behind the scenes!
I’ll be back again in September when, God willing, we will have moved and the MA will be complete. I already have some ideas stored up that I want to share and will continue writing on and off over the summer and scheduling the posts so that they are ready to go live in the autumn.
In the meantime, please do browse through the categories for past posts and follow me on Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest as I’ll be active on these platforms over the summer.
Thank you for reading, enjoy the summer and get outside as much as you can! I’ll see you again in September.
