Hello my friends! Happy Easter! I hope that you are not feeling too bloated on chocolate and have enjoyed the day 😉 Granted it hasn’t been as sunny this weekend as we’d hoped for but hey, we’re Brits and we’ll make the most of it.
So what do you think of my Easter tree this year? It’s become a bit of a tradition in our house to create an Easter tree. I say ‘our’ tradition but really it’s mine! I feel it’s a quick win decor wise as all you need are some twigs and decorative eggs. I picked up the twigs when we went for a walk in the park on Friday and the eggs are from the pound shop. So all in all, this Easter tree cost me the princely sum of £2. (I picked up two separate packs of eggs. At a pound a pack I thought why not? Push the boat out. It’s Easter!)
Whether you celebrate Easter or not, I wish you a peaceful and happy Easter weekend. For me it’s one of the days of the year when I am the most thankful and grateful.
Enjoy the rest of your evening and if you are in the UK, bask in the fact that you probably don’t have Sunday night feeling as it’s a bank holiday tomorrow. Toby and I are off to the States to visit Boston and New York. I’m so excited 🙂 I have two posts scheduled in the week though so be sure to check back in. If you don’t already follow me on Instagram, head on over there and follow me on @celebratecreation, so that you can see what we are up to in America.
Enjoy your Monday,
C.x
