Good evening, how are you? I had a lovely time catching up with some friends that I haven’t seen in several months this weekend and it was great. It’s so wonderful how you can pick up with some friends exactly where you left off and carry on the conversation!
Friends and family are so important. I’d take them over material possessions or success at work any day. We are meant to be in relationships with others – I believe that is the way we were created to be and although relationships are never easy or without their times of trial, they are without doubt a huge blessing and one that I’m sure you don’t take for granted.
So my dears, I hope that you have a week full of people, or even just one person, that you can rely on and enjoy friendship with. If not, then perhaps there is someone in your life that you can text, email, or call to say hi and to let them know that you are thinking of them? No time like the present for reigniting positive relationships in your life!
‘Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their work; if one falls down, his friend can help him up.’ (Ecclesiastes 4 v 9 – 10 NIV Bible)
Have a good one,
